14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason and without any penalty. For orders delivered in parts or in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins on the day you received the final product of the order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the above period through the withdrawal form available on this page or by another clear statement of your decision.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Complete the form below with your order details. After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation by email. The products must be returned to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The refund will be issued within the statutory period, after we receive the products back or after you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of Products Upon Return
Products must be returned in good condition, without wear, damage, stains or odours, and with all accompanying parts. The customer may inspect the product in the same way they would inspect it in a physical store. However, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if the use made of it exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. Where possible, products must be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories, screws, assembly instructions, warranties, labels, protective materials, gifts or accompanying items included in the original order. If the product has been assembled, used, scratched, stained, damaged by impact or returned with missing items, the refund amount may be reduced according to the condition of the product.
Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to an error on our part. For bulky or heavy products, such as furniture, sofas, tables, wardrobes, beds, mattresses or similar items, return costs may be higher due to their size, weight or the need for special transportation. The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the products so that they are not damaged during transportation.
When the Right of Withdrawal Applies to Furniture and Related Items
The right of withdrawal generally applies to standard products that have not been specially manufactured for the customer and can be returned in a suitable condition. By way of example, the right of withdrawal may apply to:
- ready-made furniture in standard dimensions
- tables, chairs, stools and desks
- sofas, armchairs and standard-production seating furniture
- beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers and bookcases
- shelves, cabinets, console tables and television units
- decorative items, mirrors, lighting and home accessories
- mattresses, pillows or bed linen, provided that their return is permitted based on their condition, packaging and applicable hygiene rules
When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in all cases. By way of example, the following are excluded:
- Products manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements or that are clearly personalised.
- Furniture in custom dimensions, custom colours, custom fabrics, custom combinations, custom configurations or custom designs created according to the customer’s choices.
- Products with personal engraving, printing, a name, monogram or another form of personalisation.
- Custom-made items, custom kitchen configurations, wardrobes, bookcases, worktops, tables or other products manufactured or modified specifically for the customer.
- Products used beyond what is necessary for inspection and that have wear, scratches, impact damage, stains, odours, signs of use or alterations.
- Products returned incomplete, without necessary accessories, screws, assembly parts, instructions, accompanying items or components.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that were unsealed after delivery.
- Products that, after delivery, have been mixed with or inseparably incorporated into other goods, or installed in a way that prevents their return without damage.
Examples
If you purchased a ready-made table in standard dimensions and return it in excellent condition, with all accessories and without damage, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of receiving it. If you purchased a sofa in a custom fabric, custom colour or custom size selected specifically for you, the right of withdrawal may not apply because it is a personalised product. If you purchased a piece of furniture and assembled it, you may request withdrawal. However, if damage, marks or missing items occurred during assembly or disassembly, the refund amount may be reduced. If you purchased a decorative item, lighting product or home accessory and the product is returned intact, complete and in its original condition, it may be accepted as a withdrawal return. If you purchased a product with personal engraving, custom printing, a name or another form of personalisation, the product may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Withdrawal should not be confused with a return due to a defective or incorrect product. If you received an incorrect product, a damaged product or a product with an obvious problem, please contact us immediately so that we can review the case in accordance with the law and the store’s return policy.
